STREAMWOOD, Ill. — Denver-based Spectrum Retirement Communities has opened Westbrook Senior Living, a 152-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Streamwood, approximately 35 miles northwest of Chicago.
Westbrook Senior Living includes 69 independent living, 59 assisted living and 24 memory care in a 136,000-square-foot, three-story community. Spectrum also offers transitional memory care, which is for residents experiencing only mild cognitive impairment.
Westbrook is the Spectrum’s fifth community in Illinois, and another is under construction with plans to open during the second quarter of 2017.
