Congress Building Corp. Completes Renovations of Greenfield Acres Community in Massachusetts

GREENFIELD, Mass. — Congress Building Corp. has completed the renovation of Greenfield Acres, an independent living community in Greenfield, located in Northern Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border.

The 86,000-square-foot community features 94 units. The renovations were financed with assistance from MassHousing, HUD and the U.S. Treasury.

Greenfield Acres LLC owns the community, which PCE Management operates. Siemasko & Verbridge Architects designed the community. All companies, including Congress, are based in Massachusetts.
