Spectrum Plans 174-Unit Community within $1B Mixed-Use Development in Indiana

WHITESTOWN, Ind. — The Whitestown Town Council has given final approval for Spectrum Retirement to construct Anson Senior Living, a 174-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Indianapolis suburb of Whitestown.

The community will be located within a $1 billion, 50-acre, mixed-use project currently under development.

Spectrum plans to break ground in 2017 for completion in early 2018. The company already operates two communities in the Indianapolis area.

Denver-based Spectrum Retirement Communities is a developer, owner and operator of 33 seniors housing communities in 12 states.
