DES PLAINES, Ill. — Strawberry Fields REIT has acquired a skilled nursing facility located in Des Plaines for $15 million.
Landmark of Des Plaines is a 231-bed facility. The existing manager will continue to operate the facility under its existing 10-year lease.
The facility was currently 59.4 percent occupied at the time of sale, a notable rise from 31 percent on Jan. 1, 2018, when Landmark began operating the facility.
