LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Summit Healthcare REIT has promoted Kent Eikanas to chief executive officer and Elizabeth Pagliarini to chief operating officer. Pagliarini will continue to serve in her previous role of CFO as well.
Eikanas has served as chief operating officer since July 2012 and president since September 2012. Pagliarini has served as Summit’s CFO since September 2014.
Based in Lake Forest, Summit is a publicly registered, non-traded REIT that is focused on investing in seniors housing real estate located throughout the United States. The company’s current portfolio includes interests in 57 seniors housing facilities in 14 states.
