MOUNTAIN LAKES, N.J. — Metropolis Property Group has arranged the sale of 1 Bloomfield Ave. in the borough of Mountain Lakes, approximately 30 miles west of Manhattan.
James Ashley “A.J.” Johnston of Metropolis co-represented the buyer, Sunrise Senior Living, in the $5 million sale of the vacant, 4.3-acre property.
Sunrise Development Inc., the development subsidiary of Sunrise Senior Living, plans to build a seniors housing community on the plot. Details on the project were not disclosed.
