PLANO, Texas — The Legacy Senior Communities has expanded its The Legacy at Home program with the addition of hospice services.
The Legacy at Home is one of the largest nonprofit home health providers in Greater Dallas. The Jewish-sponsored agency offers Medicare-certified home health care, personal assistance with daily living, and now hospice services.
The program’s parent company operates three seniors housing communities in metro Dallas, including the Legacy at Home offerings.
