TALLAHASSEE and PENSACOLA, Fla. — Vitality Senior Living has been selected as the exclusive operating partner for YourLife Senior Living.
As of July 1, Vitality will manage and operate YourLife’s senior living communities located in Florida that include existing communities in Tallahassee and Pensacola, as well as upcoming developments in Stuart, Palm Beach Gardens, Wildwood and Coconut Creek.
YourLife Stuart and YourLife Palm Beach Gardens will open in September and November of 2018 with YourLife Wildwood and YourLife Coconut Creek opening in 2019.
YourLife Senior Living was founded by Rick Olson, and is an affiliate company of the Olson Land Partners Portfolio.
Vitality Senior Living founded by Chris Guay, and is based out of Franklin, Tenn. The company currently manages two communities in Texas.
