BETHESDA, Md. — Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD) has hired Jack Boudler as a senior vice president in its FHA Finance group. Boudler will specialize in arranging agency mortgages and interim financing for the national seniors housing and long-term care market.
In a previous position as a senior banker at KeyBank and BB&T Corporation, Boudler was involved in numerous acquisitions, recapitalization, construction, bridge and refinance transactions, originating and managing over $1.2 billion in bank financings and $550 million in HUD LEAN and Fannie Mae mortgages. More recently, Boudler was an independent strategic advisor helping financial institutions integrate HUD and GSE lending into their platforms.
Boudler received his MBA from Wake Forest University and his bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College. He will operate out of Walker & Dunlop’s Bethesda headquarters.
