Wendover Opens Affordable Community in Central Florida

LONGWOOD, Fla. — Wendover Housing Partners has opened Heritage Village Commons, an affordable seniors housing community in the Orlando suburb of Longwood.

The property is age restricted for residents 55 and older. Wendover markets the property as upscale but notes the property features rents ranging from $559 to $820 per month, well below the state’s average of $1,166 to $1,642.

This is the fourth Florida property of its type for Wendover, a privately held real estate development, investment and management company based in nearby Altamonte Springs.
