DALLAS, Ga. — Westminster Memory Care has nearly completed development of a 48-unit memory care community in Dallas, approximately 30 miles northwest of Atlanta.
The 43,000-square-foot community is slated to open in January. Development costs were estimated at $10 million. Tax-exempt bonds funded the development.
The community is broken into two neighborhoods of 24 units each.
This is the first of several Westminster communities planned for northern Georgia.
