CONWAY, Ark. — Abby Development has purchased 14 acres in Conway, approximately 20 miles north of Little Rock, with plans to develop Arabella of Conway, a 94-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community.
When completed, Arabella of Conway will feature 20 independent living units, 48 assisted living units and 26 memory care units.
The company expects to break ground on the development during the first quarter of 2017.
Based in Dallas, Abby Development develops, owns and operates luxury seniors housing communities in the South. The company has five seniors housing communities in pre-development stages in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas.
