Mainstreet Hires Three New Employees at Indiana Headquarters

CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet, a developer of skilled nursing facilities, has added three new employees to its Carmel headquarters.

Darin Leonardson has joined Mainstreet Health, the company’s operations branch, as director of culinary and guest services. Leonardson joins Mainstreet from Golden Living, where he served as the director of hospitality and dining since 2012. Prior to Golden Living, Leonardson held various culinary positions with other senior living organizations, high-end restaurants and corporations, including a stint as the executive chef at Google. Leonardson earned his culinary degree from South Seattle Community College.

Gavin Cahill joins Mainstreet as a marketing copywriter. Prior to Mainstreet, Cahill was the director of content strategies at Gear Marketing. He previously started his own content creation company called Murphy-Cahill Creatives, providing content, design and strategy services for small to mid-sized businesses and marketing companies. Cahill earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University.

Sara Wade is the new market research and feasibility specialist at Mainstreet. Wade joins Mainstreet from Interactive Intelligence, where she was a solutions marketing manager. Prior to her time at Interactive, she worked at Bells Brewery and Klipsch Group Inc., focusing on customer product and brand marketing and research. Wade earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
