RUSKIN, Fla. — Bessolo Design Group has been awarded the contract to design Sunlight Senior Living Assisted Living Facility, a 50-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Tampa suburb of Ruskin.
Bessolo will provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for the project.
When complete, the 45,000-square-foot, two-story community will feature 40 units of assisted living and 10 units of memory care. The project sits on 6.5 acres and has room to add an additional 45,000 square feet and 50 units in Phase II project.
