LONGVIEW, Texas — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Arabella of Longview, a 234-unit seniors housing community in the East Texas town of Longview, for an undisclosed price.
The community features 132 units of independent living that opened in April 2016, as well as 50 units of assisted living and 32 units of memory care that opened in 2015.
Mark Myers, executive director; Josh Jandris, senior director; Charles Hilding, associate director; and Ryan Fleming, associate, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
