ROUND ROCK and CEDAR PARK, Texas — Spectrum Retirement Communities has broken ground on The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living and The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living, both luxury seniors housing communities in the suburbs north of Austin.
The Round Rock location will feature 110 independent living units and 60 assisted living units. The Cedar Park property will feature 74 independent living units, 54 assisted living units and 16 memory care units.
Weis Builders is managing both projects, which were designed by architectural firm Vessel Architecture & Design.
Both properties are scheduled to open before the end of 2018. They will join Lake Travis Independent Living, another Spectrum community in the area scheduled to open earlier in the year.
Denver-based Spectrum Retirement Communities owns and operates 33 senior living communities totaling more than 4,000 units in 12 states from New York to Oregon.
