OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — 12 Oaks Senior Living has acquired Overland Park, a 202-unit independent and assisted living community in Overland Park, in a joint venture with Silver Creek Capital. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
This marks the second joint venture between Silver Creek Capital and 12 Oaks. Bloomfield Capital provided acquisition financing for the transaction.
12 Oaks will assume management of the community.
