IRVINE, Calif. — Sabra Health Care REIT Inc. (NASDAQ: SBRA) has hired Lukas Hartwich as senior vice president of finance and Eliza Gozar as senior vice president of investments.
Hartwich will work directly with Michael Costa, Sabra’s executive vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, in overseeing Sabra’s investor relations, capital markets and financial planning and analysis functions.
Hartwich comes to Sabra after 15 years at Green Street, most recently as a managing director, where he served as the head of research coverage for the healthcare and lodging sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Gozar will work directly with Darrin Smith, Sabra’s executive vice president of investments, in managing investments and business development.
Gozar comes to Sabra with over 24 years of professional experience, including 16 years of dedicated healthcare REIT experience. She most recently worked at American Healthcare Investors, where she served as senior vice president of acquisitions since 2015. Prior to American Healthcare Investors, she worked at HCP Inc. (now HealthPeak), serving on both the acquisitions and asset management teams from 2005 to 2015.
Gozar is a graduate of both Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe and Pomona College.
