ST. LOUIS — Green Street Real Estate Ventures is joining forces with Danny Stricker on the launch of owner-operator Chapters Living. The company will focus on assisted living and memory care communities at the start, with plans to expand to the active adult sector in the future.
“I am blessed to launch this dream in partnership with a great organization in Green Street,” says Strciker. “Serving older adults and their families is my passion and with the talented team at Green Street as support, we have the opportunity to scale desirable living environments for niche components of the senior living continuum.”
“We have an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives through the creation of Chapters,” says Kevin Morrell, Green Street principal. “With Danny’s background and Green Street’s development expertise, we know that we can deliver an innovative experience for seniors, their families and our community team members. Post-pandemic, there is plenty of room to improve the experience.”
Stricker has over 15 years’ experience in senior living and post-acute care, which began in 2008 when he started his career as a nursing home administrator after graduating college. His knowledge spans operating over 50 diverse senior living communities across 11 states and the District of Columbia; leading financial turnarounds; driving new senior living development; leading and operationalizing complex mergers and acquisitions; scaling market-leading quality and memory care programs; and continuous leadership development of high-performing teams. He will serve as the company’s president.
