ATLANTA — Brokerage and advisory firm Senior Housing Services (SHS) has expanded, opening an office in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. Will Childs has been appointed to lead the office and the expansion of the firm across Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida.
Launched in 1999, SHS is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Childs has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 18 years focused on seniors housing and healthcare. He has previously held roles with JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as co-founding OHC Advisors.
