KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Helios Healthcare Advisors has arranged the sale of St. Anthony’s Senior Living, a community located in Kansas City. Winterpast Capital Partners, in conjunction with American House Senior Living, was the buyer.
Situated on a four-acre campus in the historic Brookside neighborhood, the property totals 201 units, with 120 independent living residences, 49 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
According to Helios, the undisclosed seller engaged a new operator in March 2024 with the goal of optimizing operations and accelerating occupancy growth. As performance improved, the seller engaged Helios to run a sales process, in order to exit the venture.
