RICHMOND, Va. — Regional real estate developer HHHunt has acquired Spring Arbor Cottage of Richmond, a 48-unit memory care community in Richmond, for an undisclosed price.
The company plans to spend $700,000 to renovate the community, its third in Richmond and seventh in Virginia. The renovations are scheduled for completion this winter.
The 28,600-square-foot community is separated into three cottages with 16 residents in each.
