SEBRING, Fla. — Mainstay Senior Living has acquired a 155-unit seniors housing community located in Sebring. Formerly known as Fellowship at the Fairway, the community will operate as Osprey Manor Fairway moving forward.
The campus includes independent and assisted living apartments in a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.
The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
