LAKEWOOD, Colo. — Construction firm Catamount Constructors has announced the launch of a new vertical dedicated to serving the seniors housing sector, in which the firm has been active for more than 15 years.
The Colorado-based company has named Bernida Chapman to lead the division as vice president, senior living. Chapman previously served as the leader of construction and development for Spectrum Retirement Communities.

Founded 29 years ago, Catamount provides construction management and general contracting services nationwide.
