DALLAS — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two assisted living communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex totaling 114 units.
Regional owner-operator Elmington Senior Living acquired the properties as part of a move to enter the Texas market. The seller was a national owner-operator. The price and exact names of the properties were not disclosed.
Purpose built in the late 1990s, the assets are well located in an established, affluent, suburban neighborhood.
