BURLESON, Texas — Abby Development has broken ground on Wilshire Senior Living, a 234-unit seniors housing development in Burleson, just south of Fort Worth.
The 25-acre, resort-style campus will offer independent living apartment residences and townhome-style cottages, as well as assisted living and memory care suites.
Abby GC is the general contractor. Abby Senior Living will operate the community as part of a branded, five-property portfolio across Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. Wilshire is slated for completion by summer 2021. The community is Abby’s second groundbreaking in Texas this year.
