TINTON FALLS, N.J. — Erickson Living has promoted Phil Jean to the position of executive director of Seabrook, a senior living community in Tinton Falls, approximately 35 miles south of Manhattan.
Jean brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry to his new role. He joined Erickson Living in 2016 as the associate executive director at Linden Ponds, a community in Hingham, Massachusetts. Jean was previously an operations consultant, led several eldercare and independent living operations, and served as a licensed nursing home administrator with a few healthcare systems. J
Jean earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and a minor in French from the University of Maine. He received his master’s degree in healthcare administration and management from Husson College in Maine.
