TENNESSEE, VIRGINIA and KENTUCKY — Healthcare Transactions Group has arranged the sale of a portfolio of 13 skilled nursing facilities, including five in Tennessee, six in Virginia and two in Kentucky.
The portfolio totals 1,585 licensed beds. Ten of the facilities were affiliated with Concordia Health Partners and three were affiliated with Curis Health.
Mark Davis of Healthcare Transactions Group represented the seller. The buyer was a New Jersey-based long-term care owner and operator, with an existing skilled nursing facility platform in the Southeast. Price and other details of the transaction were not disclosed.
