LEXINGTON, Tenn. — Marico Holding LLC, operating as Americare Senior Living, has acquired two assisted living communities in Lexington, located midway between Memphis and Nashville. The price was not disclosed.
The first property, NorthCliff, was built in 2013 and features 28 units. The second, Heritage Place, was built in 1999 and offers 24 units. The sellers were both independent operators.
Stephen Palmen of Peregrine Health Consulting and independent consultant Bill Mullins brokered the transaction.
