Arbor Glen Senior Living Breaks Ground on $16M Community in Minnesota

LAKE ELMO, Minn. — Arbor Glen Senior Living has broken ground on a $16 million independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the eastern St. Paul suburb of Lake Elmo.

Arbor Glen will own the two-story community, which Ebenezer Management Services will operate. Once complete, the community will feature 60 independent and assisted living apartments, and 24 memory care apartments.

Wisconsin-based Ayres Associates designed the 106,654-square-foot community.
