LAKE WORTH, Fla. — Atria Senior Living has hired Michael Brown Jr. as executive director and Michael Kolesar as community sales director for Atria Villages of Windsor, a 320-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community set to open this summer in Lake Worth.
The $105 million luxury community is located in the Palm Beach area of Southeast Florida. Big Rock Partners developed the property.
Both Brown and Kolesar have served in executive roles at multiple communities for Atria, which operates 196 seniors housing locations in the United States and Canada.
Brown is responsible for overseeing leasing and operations for the community. He most recently served as executive director of another Atria community in New York. He joined the seniors housing industry in 1998 and has been with Atria for 12 years. He was previously in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. He attended Indiana University.
Kolesar, who will lead the community’s leasing and community engagement, has more than 20 years of hospitality industry sales and operations experience. He has served in sales and training roles with Atria Senior Living since 2011. He earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Johnson & Wales University.
