NAPLES, Fla. — Beztak Land Co. and Integral Senior Living have unveiled plans for All Seasons Naples, a 187-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Naples.
Beztak is developing the community, which Integral will operate. Beztak expects to welcome residents starting in spring 2017.
The community will include 100 independent living units, 62 assisted living units and 25 memory care units.
Beztak, a Michigan-based developer, has three additional All Seasons-branded seniors housing communities in various states of development in Michigan and Arizona.
