RICHMOND, Va. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 186-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Richmond for $64 million, or $344,000 per unit.
The Class A community, which was not identified, was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale.
The seller is a regional developer and operator. The buyer was not disclosed. Tim Cobb and Steve Thomes led the transaction for Blueprint.
