Blueprint Arranges Sale of Kentucky Community for $3.1M

COVINGTON, Ky. — Investment firm Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Baptist Towers, a 97-unit assisted living and independent living community in Covington, for $3.1 million.

The seller was a faith-based nonprofit organization that plans to use the sale proceeds to develop a new seniors housing community. The buyer was not identified.

Connor Doherty and Jacob Gehl were lead advisors on the transaction for Blueprint, along with Kentucky Select Properties, which represented the Seller.
