BRADENTON, Fla. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage, an Illinois-based brokerage firm focused on seniors housing, has arranged the sale of The Cottages of Bradenton, a 64-unit assisted living community in Bradenton.
The community features 34 assisted living units and 30 memory care units. The buyers — three private individuals — purchased the property for $3.85 million from regional owner/operator Lowry Property Group.
Bradley Clousing and Patrick Byrne managed the transaction for SLIB.
