REDDING, Calif. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged sale of a nine-acre seniors housing development site in Redding, approximately 160 miles north of Sacramento.
A regional owner-operator planned to build a 227-unit campus on the site that will offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and cottages. The company later scrapped those plans, electing to sell the site instead.
A regional owner-operator looking to enter the California market acquired the property for an undisclosed price. The new owner plans to revive the project, with construction scheduled to begin in fall 2019.
