BIRMINGHAM, Mich. — CA Senior Living has opened The Sheridan at Birmingham, an assisted living and memory care community in Birmingham, approximately 17 miles northwest of downtown Detroit.
Harley Ellis Devereaux designed the 122-unit project, which sits on 3.8 acres.
The operator is Senior Lifestyle. The property falls under the company’s “The Sheridan Collection” brand, which features a more urban lifestyle approach to senior housing and a more contemporary design, according to Harley Ellis Devereaux.
Rents start at $4,140, according to the operator’s website.
