OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Senior Lifestyle Corp. and CA Senior Living have unveiled plans for The Sheridan at Overland Park, a 116-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park.
The community will be part of CityPlace, a mixed-use project currently under development that will feature residential, office, retail and restaurant space in addition to landscaped trails and public areas.
Units at The Sheridan will range from 315 to 920 square feet. The community is slated for completion in early 2017.
CA Senior Living, a subsidiary of developer CA Ventures, will own the community once completed. Senior Lifestyle Corp., one of the largest owner-operators in the industry, will operate The Sheridan. Both companies are based in Chicago.
