COMMERCE and STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Brookdale Commerce and Brookdale Stone Mountain, both seniors housing communities in the Atlanta metro area, for $8.2 million.
Valstone Partners acquired the communities from Brookdale Senior Living, which will continue to operate both assets.
Brookdale Commerce was built in 1998 and features 42 skilled nursing units and 12 independent living units. Brookdale Stone Mountain was built in 1995 and features 40 units.
Bradley Clousing of SLIB handled the transaction.
