COOKEVILLE, Tenn. — Walker & Dunlop Inc. has structured a $5.8 million loan through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Walnut Village, an affordable seniors housing community in Cookeville, approximately midway between Knoxville and Nashville.
