(CPC), Project FIND, the Joint Ownership Entity New York City (JOE NYC), and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) have received a $6 million Fannie Mae Multifamily Affordable Housing loan to finance the rehabilitation and preservation of The Hargrave House.
WAYNE, Pa. — CA Senior Living LLC, the senior housing investment and development division of Chicago-based CA Ventures, has started construction of Anthology of King of Prussia, a 192-unit senior living community in Wayne, approximately 17 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
