PLANO, Texas — KWA Construction has completed McDermott Park Senior Living, a seniors housing community in Plano, which was named a Best Place to Retire in 2018 by Livability.
Seneca Investments is developing the property. The 130,327-square-foot community will offer 144 units across two buildings. The types of units were not disclosed.
Portico Property Management, which currently leases over 7,300 units throughout 33 communities nationwide, will operate the community.
