GLENDALE, Ariz. — Multifamily developer P.B. Bell is returning to the seniors housing industry with the development of Inspira Arrowhead, a 165-unit community in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale.

WEXFORD, Pa. — The Waters Senior Living has started pre-leasing for The Waters of Wexford, a 143-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Wexford, approximately 15 miles north of Pittsburgh.

GLENDALE, Wis. — Caddis has unveiled plans for Heartis Village North Shore, a 105-unit assisted living and memory care community in Glendale, approximately nine miles north of Milwaukee.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The Fort Lauderdale City Commission has approved Ocean Land Investments’s proposed Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas project. The community will offer 401 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care in the South Florida city of Fort Lauderdale.
