CASSELBERRY, Fla. — Allegro Senior Living has broken ground on an unnamed luxury seniors housing community in the northern Orlando suburb of Casselberry. Development costs are estimated at $45 million.

TAMPA, Fla. — Wendover Housing Partners, a Florida-based development, investment and management company, has opened Haley Park Apartments, an 80-unit affordable seniors housing community in Tampa.

GOLETA, Calif. — CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance Team has arranged a $21.9 million FHA loan for the construction of Mariposa at Ellwood Shores, an 84-unit assisted living and memory care community in Goleta, located on the coast approximately 100 miles west of Los Angeles.

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Lifespace Communities has completed the expansion of the dining facilities at Harbour’s Edge, a seniors housing community in Delray Beach, approximately 50 miles north of Miami.

BATON ROUGE, La. — A joint venture between CR Properties and Cardinal Ventures has broken ground on The Blake at The Grove, a 213-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Louisiana’s state capital.
