DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Lifespace Communities has completed the expansion of the dining facilities at Harbour’s Edge, a seniors housing community in Delray Beach, approximately 50 miles north of Miami.
The dining expansion is part of a $20 million redevelopment of the community. Harbour’s Edge can now seat 250 residents in three distinct dining venues.
The rest of the renovations are scheduled for completion before the end of the year. Other improvements include the addition of a media center, library and performing arts center, as well as renovations to the fitness and wellness areas.
CC Hodgson Architectural Group is the designer for the project and Plaza Construction is the contractor.
