MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Pilar Carvajal, who most recently served as the chief operating officer of Mia Senior Living Solutions, has launched Innovation Senior Management, a seniors housing operator and consulting firm based in Miami Beach.
Innovation Senior Management will provide strategic planning for investors, operators and independent owners in the assisted living market. The company offers management services for acquisitions, new construction and turnaround projects.
Although the press release announcing the new company touts mostly consulting services, the company’s website suggests a long-term plan to become an owner/operator of assisted living communities.
Other announced executives include Katie Freeland as chief operating officer, Eduardo Carvajal as director of business development and Ashley Barillas as business manager.
