HAMILTON, N.J. — Solvere Senior Living, along with co-developer and general contractor Pike Construction Co., have broken ground on Homestead at Hamilton, a 195-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Hamilton, located approximately midway between New York City and Philadelphia.
SKILLMAN, N.J. — SunTrust Bank has provided a $56 million refinancing and new term loan for the expansion and renovation of Stonebridge at Montgomery, a continuing care retirement community in Skillman, located midway between New York City and Philadelphia.
