HOUSTON — A joint venture between PinPoint Senior Living and LifeWell Senior Living, both Houston-based developers, has announced plans for four new seniors housing communities in Texas and New Mexico.
Each community will be two stories and include 86 units designed to allow residents to age in place. They will be branded under the Concierge Senior Living umbrella.
The four communities are:
- The Legacy at South Plains in Lubbock, Texas. Construction started in January and is scheduled to be complete in first quarter 2017.
- The Legacy at Cimarron in El Paso, Texas. Construction began in February with a planned completion in first quarter 2017.
- The Legacy at Long Meadow in Houston. Construction will begin this month for planned completion in second quarter 2017.
- The Legacy at Santa Fe in Santa Fe, N.M. Construction will begin this month for planned completion in second quarter 2017.
