LONGVIEW and ATHENS, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has acquired Arabella of Longview and Arabella of Athens, both located in East Texas, for an undisclosed price. The seller, Dallas-based Abby Development, recently completed construction on both properties.
Arabella of Longview includes 132 independent living apartments, 20 independent living cottages, 50 assisted living apartments, and 32 memory care apartments. Arabella of Athens includes 12 independent living cottages, 34 assisted living apartments, and 21 memory care apartments.
Fort Worth-based Civitas will operate both communities. The owner-operator also recently purchased Arabella of Kilgore from the same seller.
