BURLINGTON, N.J. — The Masonic Charity Foundation of New Jersey has completed an $8.9 million clean energy makeover at Masonic Village, a seniors housing community in Burlington, located across the Delaware River from Philadelphia.

ENER-G Rudox Inc., Blue Sky Power and MCFA Global performed the renovations under ENER-G’s Energy Services Agreement, where The Masonic Charity Foundation is guaranteed a minimum savings of $209,000 per year over the 20-year contract term. In addition, a $996,000 grant from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities helped pay for the project.

Energy infrastructure improvements to the 450-acre campus included the installation of a natural gas heating and electrical system, as well as improvements to the existing lighting and boiler plant.
